The book I want is checked out already. How do I put a hold on it?

Answer

If the item you want is not available, or if you'd like us to have it waiting at the desk for you to pick up, use the "Place Hold" button near the top of the catalog page to put a hold on the item. You must sign into your library account to use this feature. Library staff can also place a hold for you in person or over the phone (479-788-7200).

Once your request is ready for pickup, you will be notified via email. An item will remain on the hold shelf for up to one week.
